Any of you Christians out there getting tired of Critical Race Theory, or the culture of this so called “whiteness” of race? Why is it that every democrat speaks about hate or race to get elected? Even white democrats are embracing the “white evil” narrative. Does this help our culture if everything is done through the spectrum/lens of the color of ones skin?

If you are trying to think about what I just asked… I’ll simple put it this way… It doesn’t. Using race to divide any people… Republican to Democrat, Christian or None, is a recipe to divide and conquer… to grab Power. None of us have seen a slave… We have never owned a slave.. We were always taught slavery was wrong… So how are we living on some 1800’s plantation? Where we have no rights!! For this article it is time we rebuke and understand what critical race theory is and how to defeat it.

Defining CRT

Critical Race Theory has been rearing its ugly head in politics, schools, workplaces, and now even churches. Mainstream media has glorified CRT as a means of creating equitable education and workforce systems, but is equitable good? Is CRT actually promoting what is truly good? Is it even a biblical concept?

Everyone can agree that slavery is bad. Slavery takes away humanity from men, women, and children. It takes away free-will, freedom and reduces a person to being less than human allowing for torture and ill treatment. We still see this happening today with sex trafficking and child trafficking and it’s a practice that desperately needs to end….

But CRT isn’t supporting real victims of hate or modern day slavery. Its design is to bring awareness of current day “white supremacy” in a society that long ago abolished slavery (in the year 1833). CRT promotes the idea of giving the “oppressed” (non-whites) equitable rights vs equal rights that the “oppressor” (white male heterosexuals) has. This illustration from the Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC) best shows what this means.

This might have been the case for newly freed slaves in 1833, however in the last 188 years, we know that all cultures in the USA through hard work have been able to “make it” and pursue the American Dream. Immigrants and minorities without any money, without any support have been able to open businesses, get education, and better their lives for themselves and their families. How is it possible that they are oppressed according to CRT?

What CRT is admitting in this image is that minorities, blacks specifically, are not as capable as  “white men” to get an equal status in society as they are not as “tall”. That no matter how hard he or she tries, they can never escape poverty or a substandard lifestyle. If white supremacy is real, tell me how did this country elect its first black president for 8 years in the oval office? How was HE able to make it? How have countless other well to do educated and motivated black men and women able to get where they are?

CRT removes personal responsibility from the individual and places it on the government and on the “oppressors” to make life equitable for the “oppressed”. It places importance on one’s race rather than the quality of one’s character. A black child is told they cannot make it because of systemic racism. They learn to place blame and be a victim rather than push for success. They learn they cannot be a high standing citizen on their own. A white child is told their existence dishonors the black child. This is NOT how God created His children to be…

Defeating the enemy: The Hard Road Ahead

Too often the church has embraced this nonsense of hate. As difficult as it may be, to defeat this madness, we need to stand up to our churches… even if we do not belong to said church, and rebuke them for dragging our Lord in the streets. We need to start telling those who call themselves “christians”, who follow this movement, they are not correct, that they are not being the example of Christ, and rebuke them soundly with scripture.. Because guess what folks… If you rebuke with scripture the enemy will have very little to say or even flee.. So let’s stop these people from taking our country backwards.. Even if you think, yes, but this is the end of days.. God said in those days my saints will war!!! So be that warrior He called you and all of us to be.. Let’s rebuke those for making it about them, and not about Him!!

The Inward Man

So what does God say about looking at the outside? In 1 Samuel 16:7, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” God does not judge us by our skin color or outward appearance. He looks at our hearts. Martin Luther King even said in his, I Have A Dream speech, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” The irony is that CRT is essentially calling for a segregated society that MLK fought to dismantle and one our Father said we should never agree to follow.. For if we do agree then we are that of “man” following the flesh and not one of the “spirit” following Christ.

In conclusion

Stand firm and Stand tall against these people!! Do not allow them to change your thinking your church’s thinking. For anything other then the Word of God is not of God and does not profit a man. For the heart of a man is wickedness in all his ways!! We are not called to be those men but to be the light of the world… and if that “light” is of that world… then that light is no light at all! Be safe out there. Reject those things that our against our Father and keep your head up. There are more of us than you think!!
